"Today started out as one of those mornings where everything seemed to go wrong. I called pucketts after locking my keys in the car and they gave me the breath of fresh air i needed today. The staff was very friendly and easy to understand and the services were surprisingly affordable. I am thankful for the small piece of mind they gave me today. if i ever need their again they are my Go to! Thanks !"

"My car was towed here after an accident. The police stated that it would be free of charge seeing as the guy that hit me was clearly at fault.. It's not free, but the lady I dealt with was pleasant and apologized for the police officer's misinformation. We got stranded here in okc with this accident and we live out of state.. now I get the news that I can't get my car back cuz my insurance cancelled and it's being repossessed.. The lady here allowed more to go through my car and get what I could out of it and they didn't rush me. The man even offered to hold my mother's ashes till I figure out where I'm staying cuz they're heavy and toting them around all day would have been awful.. I haven't had good service anywhere in this awful city until I came in here. These people where extremely helpful and kind unlike EVERYWHERE else in the horrible city.. Thank you PUCKET'S!!! Even with all the bad news and being stranded and homeless till I find a way back to new Mexico, these people were friendly and helpful and compassionate."
