"Very pleased with the service. I had two times within a one month period of time that I needed to have a vehicle towed. Each time, I called Puckett's, the dispatcher took my details and told me how long it would be before a wrecker would be there. Just as promised, the wrecker arrived within the time span told to me. My vehicle was carefully loaded and taken to the repair shop that I designated. The driver on each occasion was very professional. I felt their charges were very reasonable and I was very pleased with their service. Puckett's has been in business for many many years and I'm certain, because of the high level of service they give, they will be in business many more."
