"As long as you do what you need to do. And have what the paperwork that you need to have. Everything will go smoothly. But don't think you're going to sweet talk for special treatment. Because there isn't any. But they were nice and polite. And at the end of the day... I was happy and satisfied."

The driver on duty was very helpful in moving the front of the car out so that we could gain access to the front tow base plates which also have us access to the tow hitch as well.
