"I literally was dreading having to go get a car out of impound being from past experience with this place. Have had previous dealings with Cathy “cunt” and to say the least she is a horrible person with horrible customer service.Christy was awesome with a great attitude. Christy could teach the old hag Cathy a thing or two about manners and customer service. Thank you Christy for providing customer service that I have never received at Puckett!!!!!"

"They are absolutely awesome! My mom had an accident this morning. I had no problems with any staff. Was able to handle all of the issues and they helped carry her things to my vehicle since hers was totaled. Highly recommend. "
